Introduction
Assignment 2 will require the Participants to apply the knowledge they have learnt in the
trimester and apply it to real life instructions. Participants will be divided into groups and will be required to draft, prepare, structure and establish a business model based on the scenarios.
Instructions
Participants are required to start with a business plan and the establishment of the business
and identify the relevant departments to be established,identify relevant internal policies/business practicesand draft the same, identify the relevant contracts required and draft the same and any otherlegal aspects of the business that is required for proper business administration.
