In this project, you will design a processing method to produce a novel food product (of your choice). You will be required to submit (i) a brief report on your processing method and (ii) a digital creative piece depicting any aspect of the processing method.
Instructions/Guide:
This is an individual project.
Report (10%)
The report must consist of no more than three (3) pages containing (i) a description of food product (no more than half page),(ii) a detailed, labelled flowchart of the process, hand-drawn or computer-aided drawing (CAD), with appropriate symbols and signage for unit operations i.e., equipment used (one page), and (iii) a description of the production process, and a reference section.

Digital creative piece (15%)
Use content from the report (this can range from the entire content to a small fraction of the total content) to inform a digital creative piece.
You may use any of the following creative expressions: music (song with lyrics, any genre), poetry, art (drawing, painting, collage, sculpture), poetry, physical presence (solo dance, solo acting, or individual mime), digital animation.
NB. Physical presence items must be videographed, art items must be physically submitted in addition to digital submission (e.g., a photo of the piece), while music and poetry must be recorded.
