Description
For this step of the Group Marketing Plan, your group should discuss and complete the following steps:
Develop an initial marketing budget, indicating by category all marketing spending necessary for the execution of your marketing strategy in the first year.
Include the following categories, if appropriate to your plan: advertising, direct marketing, internet marketing, consumer promotion, trade promotion, sales force expenses, public relations, customer service, other (e.g., sponsorships).
The limit on the promotional expenditure is $50,000 annually.
Your write up for this stage of the project will be the initial marketing budget as a line item budget with projected dollars.
