1) Why was Avery in jail for so long?

2) What evidence was found that exonerated him?

3) Why was the identification of Avery tainted?

Part 2:

After reviewing the website from Part 1, and conducting a brief search about "The Avery Case", briefly answer the following:

1) Why was Manitowac so concerned about their liability?

2) What do you think of the depositions of Deputy Judy Dvork and her comment that "it sounds like Steve Avery". Do you feel that this would taint the jail house line up?

3) What do you think of the depositions of Lt. Lenk, the District Attorney and of Deputy Chief Kusche? Do you find their testimony reliable? If so why, if not why not?

Part 3:

Research the Innocence Project.Find an Eye Witness identification that was later determined to be false and the suspect was exonerated by DNA testing. Create a summary on the case. Do NOT use the above case from part 1, "The Avery case."
