Their will have to be 3 shift supervisor then one supervisor in charge of those supervisor and another supervisor to be in charge of the station well a bunch of different staff to make the magic work. Their have to be some kind of structure, rules, code of conduct and policy's it not then their will be anarchy. The issue with 24-7 stations is that their employees will get over worked so their will have to be some form of work our regulations, you cant work to your potential with inadequate sleep, One way of handling these problems is to employ the right people to make sure that the policy and regulations are enforced. Just like truck drives have regulations that they can only drive a certain amounts of hours to ensure the safety of the public and the drivers themselves. This organized police department will have these rules and policy to protect over worked police officers, you need some rest to function at 1001 to be a public servant.
