Trust Medical Engineering Manager: To ensure that adequate resources exist for the training of personnel to carry out their relevant work activities. This includes Administration Quality Manufacturer Trust Management Supervisory training as applicable.

on The Team Managers have responsibilities, to identify training requirements for their personnel which include but not limited to management, quality, administrative, manufacturers courses and on the job training whether this is formally or informally structured. Where external training needs have been identified then training information should be obtained concerning training cost, availability of course, location of course are identified, raise a Purchase Order and a Work Related Leave form F is completed and submitted to the Trust Medical Engineering Manager for approval.the job trainingIt is the responsibility of the Trust Medical Engineering Manager and Team Managers to continually monitor the competency of the personnel they manage. All personnel shall be annually evaluated on their competency when employed on work affecting the Quality of the final product or service. Personnel shall complete the selfassessment competency form QARX sections identifying their competency skills level, experiencequalifications and evidence of competency. Their Line Manager will then complete the competence level agreed and records any recommendations sections on the form.
