It has been almost a week since you sent $2$ emails to Frank, your direct supervisor and one of the Care Coordinators at Banksia Care to request a meeting. During this time you have been working mostly off$-$site conducting home visits. This means you also have not had the opportunity to see him in person. Today you are onsite at Banksia Care, and you bump into Frank in passing in a corridor. Frank acknowledges that he did receive and read both of your recent emails. He has told you that he is available to meet in his office later that day at $4$ pm$.$ In the brief conversation, he mentioned that he would also like to hear your ideas on improving on existing work practices.
