Assignment nr 1 Email the customer Our customer Florence has created a transfer for 5,000.00 USD to EUR. As a payment method, Florence chose "ACH direct debit" which also means that they authorised a debit of 5,000.00 USD directly from their bank account. We sent the money to the recipient's EURO bank account and completed the transfer. A week after the transfer happened we received a notification from the bank that the debit had failed due to R02 which left us at a loss of 5,000.00 USD We emailed the customer and explained the situation but they said the money had left their account and they moved to another country thus they will not be sending us any money.
