It is time for spring cleaning and you go through the furniture in your garage. There is a set of chairs that were nice years ago, but they are pretty shabby now. You put them outside in front of your house with a sign on them that says, "free." A neighbor sees the chairs and takes them in his truck. He is very handy and refinishes them and they took terrific on his deck. You see the chairs on his deck and ask for them back.
