It took me a while to find a topic that stood out to me for this proposal. I thought back to recent certifications I've gained for some ideas which were DevOps and Cybersecurity. Given that my company doesn't really have a devops team and a recent discussion with a devops engineer on an agile team, I thought more about my topic. I then tried to find some articles surrounding my topic to help back up some of the thoughts I had around the idea and when I found the study, I thought it was perfect. The company I work for currently works with the Safe approach which is has been working out great so far but there are some organizational silos that do hinder some work which is why I would love to dive deeper into the implementation of devops practice. I would like to see how some places have benefited from its practice and see if there are some things I can use while I stand up some projects in my own
