Select a company among the given choices above with a two $(2)$ or three $(3)$ members per group.

Requirements:

You can use external resources to understand further the business and decide on the scope and boundaries of the company. Based on your analyses do the following:

Construct a process landscape model for the company. $(2$ marks$)$

Which business process will you select to be the focus of the BPM project? Explain and justify your answer. Note that this is the first initiative the company is taking with BPM$.(2$ marks$)$

Suggest at least $3$ process measures that you will use to evaluate the selected process performance. $(1$ mark$)$

Model a fragment of business process related to your chosen company. $(3$ marks$)$

Identify two $(2)$ value$-$adding activities, one $(1)$ business value$-$adding activity, and one $(1)$ non$-$valueadding activity applicable to your chosen firm. $(1$ mark$)$

Apply one $(1)$ principle of reengineering appropriate to the firm. Provide specific examples to support your answer. $(1$ mark$)$

Apply appropriate font face, style, and format for the report with proper header, footer, and page number.

Line spacing $-1\mathrm{.}5$ lines.

Answer all the given questions for uploading in Word format in the e$-$learning portal or Teams link$/$folder provided by the lecturer.

Front page should have the Course Code and Name, Title $($Assignment$),$ member's IDs, names, and signatures.
