How many weeks of training should the employees have?Will you observe their progress and provide a report to thecompany?s management. The situation became critical one day when in a meeting among all team members, James refused to work with Matt on a project. Even when they were assigned unrelated job duties for instance, when Matt planned and scheduled projects and James carried out the ordering tension soon escalated, frustrating the other team members. Work suffered, morale declined, people chose sides, and animosity spread among the entire group. A dark cloud seemed to hover over the team.
