Jamal took over as the general manager of High view Clique Resort Ltd., a famous tourist hotel in October 2020. At the time, the salaries to employees were six months in arrears. The hotel rooms, conference facilities and swimming pool were in a general state of disrepair. The number of guests had declined significantly and the resort was on the brink of collapse.
Since Jamal was appointed the general manager, major renovations have been carried out, employees paid on time and internal control systems appear satisfactory.

The operating results of the hotel are good and within the budget. However, there are allegation against Jamal and the human resource officer, Ms. Arthi Patel regarding:
