Write a boolean method isFull( ) for the generic ArrayList class that will return true if the ArrayList cannot expand its capacity without causing a run time error, false otherwise. A call to this method should never cause a run time error. For your reference the intial four lines of the generic ArrayList class as defined in the textbook are given below. You should not show the implemention of any methods for the ArrayList class except for the isFull( ) method.
