How to use the int[] getLetterTally method determine the least frequently used letters and the most frequently used letters from the command line args input by user?

Please follow the code structure posted.

Codes before this methods are used to determine if all input args are only composed by letters. if so then determine the longest and shortest words and calc the average length.

E.g.

input: Roses are red, some roses are blue.

output:

Least frequently used letter: b, d, l , m, u

Most frequently used letter: e
