Java Loops and Files

Write a program that asks the user for the name of a file. The file should be opened for reading. The program should read the contents of the file, change all characters to upper case and display the output.

Here is the test case scenario1:

Enter the name of the file to be read: UppercaseTestData.txt HELLO THERE HOW ARE YOU HOPE YOU ARE ENJOYING THIS CLASS Files read, converted, and then closed.

Here is the test case scenario2:

Enter the name of the file to be read: abc.txt The file abc.txt does not exist or could not be opened.
