1. Java question- Create a two dimensional array with 15 random numbers which are not ordered. The array has 3 rows and 5 columns. Each number is between 20 and 50. Then ask the user to input an integer x, then the numbers less than x are changed with 100.

For example, if the array is:

34 23 45 37 44

27 29 40 31 30

33 47 38 26 29

Then the user types 30, then the array becomes

34 100 45 37 44

100 100 40 31 30

33 47 38 100 100

Please display both arrays.
