task 1:

You need to create a job description and a job specification for a position of your choice. You will need to use the National Occupational Classification (NOC) to obtain the necessary information to prepare these documents. These two (2) documents will be in the appendices of your paper . Within the body of your paper , you will need to justify how you created both the job description and the job specification using credible referenced academic sources - including content and layout.

task 2:

Based upon Task 1 and using credible referenced academic sources , you now need to provide a set of five () effective interview questions that could be asked during a selection interview of potential candidates . These 5 questions will be in the appendices of your paper. Within the body of your paper , you will need to justify why these are effective questions using credible referenced academic sources including the structure , type , content and how they relate to the job description and job specification .

Your discussion should be supported with credible referenced theory /concepts . Do not be afraid to use references . Referencing prevents plagiarism and assists in substantiating an effective line of argument .
