Cape Foundations also told John that the cash for the work was available and at least a 50% deposit will be advanced before works commence. This however did not happen as the sponsor suddenly faced financial problems and could only fund 30% of the initial amount. Six months has lapsed and no work has commenced. John wants 50% deposit. The client wants 30% of the work done. Both parties want to seek the services of a mediator and you happen to be one.
