Jorge is a manager but is required to work closely with other managers in his day$-$to$-$day tasks. He also grew up in culture that encouraged arguing $$ he who is loudest usually wins. His background is in managing construction projects and his forceful blunt style was appreciated, but has recently moved to a design firm, where the iterative nature of the work requires more flexibility, team integration and negotiation than he is used to$.$
