Journal Entry 2 (minimum of 250 words) Reflect on an important event or incident that you observed or were involved in durin your Fieldwork Placement. For example: What was the event? How did it challenge you? Describe how this event impacted on your personal values and beliefs. At your agency/workplace did you hold maybe a special event? Wha event did you hold and why did your agency run the event? Did challenge you and push you to use skills or knowledge you might have. Was the event something that you felt was in line with your own values or beliefs? If you didn't do an event : Did an incident happen on the placement? Maybe you lost a client on a community trip or maybe there was conflict in the workplace. Talk about what exactly happened in that situation- did you agree with the outcome, what actions might have been put in place to handle the conflict or missing person. It could have been there was a safety incident that happened.
