Just setting up my twttr

In a file called LastNameFirstInitial$\_$twttr$.$py$,$ implement a program that prompts the user for a str of text and then outputs that same text but with all vowels $($A$,$ E$,$ I, O$,$ and U$)$ omitted, whether inputted in uppercase or lowercase.

Additionally, your program must include:

comments with your name, date, program name, and program purpose.

a main function with if $\_\_$name$\_\_==\text{'}\_\_$main$\_\_\text{'}$: code. See this tutorial from module $5.$
