Instructions

1. Find a definition that describes each of the "P"s in the PMO and list the source.
2. From the textbook, there were a few definitions for the PMO for various authors within the text:
   • Pick one of these authors and use the definition of the PMO (don't forget to reference by quoting which author from your text and the page #). Please do not google definitions, they must be from the authors in the text.
   • State the Book Author's definition of a PMO separately (provide page #).
3. Compare the two definitions above by 1) showing similarities between them and 2) showing the differences.
4. State for each definition the type of PMO and the authority.
5. What is the importance of a PMO (in your own words)?
