Key Performance Indicators

To get the conversation started, please discuss some performance indicators that you encounter in your daily life.These can be at work or at home.We aren't necessarily looking for key performance indicators as yet, just to start identifying metricsthat could be used to measure performance.

Keep in mind that, by their nature, allperformance metrics must be quantifiable.

For full credit, please post a minimum of two performance metrics that you are familiar with from work or home. You must describe what is being measured and how that metric is used to indicate performance.You must also respond to two other posts with statements regarding how you would adjust your behavior knowing that your performance is being evaluated using a particular metric.

Just saying something is good, bad, or the like is insufficient.You must provide support for all assertions and valuations made.
