I would like to share my views on an organizational culture both the appropriate and inappropriate behaviors based on my point of view.
I would like to share my experiences, perspective on culture, customer service, policies, attrition. In a centralized organization with proper Human Resource Management, company's policies and transparency would be of clarity and fair to the employees. Only in mid-large companies a proper Human Resource will make a difference and lower attrition rate as policies are clearly written and a employee's handbook would be hand over to the employee for reference too.
The culture of a centralized organization will also be more customer centric, focusing on customer care and after service in comparison with a decentralized organization that requires more effort in this area.
The importance of policies will result in the culture indirectly, productivity and efficiency will also relate to the policies and culture of the organization therefore, it is important to share the right values, mission and objective as a whole in an organization in order to work towards growth and success.
