Along with Honourable Lewis and Honourable Romeo, we have formed a strong, capable team ready to tackle the challenges we face. $1.$ In Salem, I spoke about the Montserrat Utilities Limited $($MUL$)$ and the inconvenience to the Montserrat public, as well as the issue of missing persons.

My people, all these candidates were at some point aligned with or have endorsed the Leader of MCAP. They said Mr$.$ Romeo was lying about the $200$ million. My learned friend said they are going to use that money to make Montserrat great. They spent five years, and look at the quality and conditions of our Sea Port project. Look at our hospital$$what happened to that project? Has the money gone back to England? Everything these people touch, they jinx it$$the Geothermal, Hospital, and Seaport projects.
