I attended the Brades primary$$School$,$ Montserrat$$secondary school $.$ I joined the Royal Montserrat police services where I did twenty years service for my country.$$ I then went to the United kingdom after the volcanic eruption. $$I spent twenty years here. $$I worked with the immigration department dealing with asylum seekers entering the United kingdom. $$I returned to my country with an intention of helping in the development of my country and to help us out of this economic crisis we find out self in$.$

Now I am asking you the members of the public to vote for me on the $24$ October $2024,$so I can be a member of parliament to represent you $.$ The reason$$ I want you to vote for me is at this present moment the economic crisis we are faced with, where family find it very hard to cope with the high cost of living and are not able to meet the basis need of today$$ also our roads conditions are in a state where there are so many hot holes and the elect member failed to maintain and upgrade to the roads to good standards.$$

Mul crisis$$ where we are having power outage day by day and night by night and it is continually. our port project is currently seems to me as if it is at a standstill. we are also facing a delay to our$$ hospital project and our health system suffered our people still have to be travelling to Antigua to seek medical attention,$$ the high cost to travel from Montserrat to Antigua and back is very expensive. We need to have proper access to and from Montserrat and the MUL crisis must be sorted now because no investors will ever invest in$.$ Montserrat so I am asking you the public to vote for Eustace Osborne on the $24$ October $2024$ who is capable to represent you, also asking to vote for all the members of the PDM team for change for change progress and development.
