Hello and welcome to Week 2: May 8th - 14th

This week focuses on Communication. We'll discuss the importance of building strong relationships within the business among both internal and external customers. This week will provide a look at some of the obstacles to good communication and areas in which we could strengthen our communication skills, regardless of our functional department.

We will also have an online session every Wednesday to discuss the course project, course content and Q&A. Not only is this a great networking opportunity, but there is also a 10-Point bonus for anyone attending that can be applied to your course project submissions due in Weeks 4, 7, or 8. That's a potential of 70 points possible! The meetings will be recorded; so, if you listen to the recorded session, you can also earn the 10-point bonus for the week by sending me an email with a paragraph that highlights what you learned by listening.
