Knowledge management (KM) has been touted as a significant contributor to the pursuit of sustainability. Noteworthily, KM has been touted as a strategic resource for all types and sizes of firms, wherein the process of creating, communicating, disseminating, and using shared knowledge is instrumental for firms adopting sustainable business practices to improve firm performance.
