please make a clock in kotlin meeting these requirements

Requirements

• The clock must have two buttons and two clocks.
• There must be an indicator as to which button is currently pressed/activated. This should switch when the other button is pressed.
• The clock opposite the pressed button should start running.
• When the clock on one side reaches zero, an indicator must alert the player on that side that they are out of time.
• The clock should stop when either side reaches zero.
• Only one clock should be running at a time.
• You should hard code the number of seconds that both clocks have to start to 30.
• The reset button must stop all the timers and reset the times to their initial state.
