This unit examines how to monitor project progress. A project monitoring system involves determining what data to collect; how, when, and who will collect the data; analysis of the data; and reporting current progress. Briefly describe a simple project and suggest ways a Gantt chart could help communicate this projects progress to team members. Include in your response not just who would benefit, potentially, how?
