LAB TOPIC: While Loop Programming Activity Description: A rainfall analyzer measures rainfall on a regular basis. The information is then conveyed to the Weather Service in the form of a report. Based on the values the analyzer conveys, extreme weather conditions, such as floods, hails, tornados, snow, freezing rain, heavy rain, etc. are reported to the general public. If the rainfall reaches a limit of 62.5 inches, the reservoir in the immediate area will cause flooding. Hence, the rainfall must be measured every 30 minutes to keep track of drastic changes in the weather. Write a program to get the user to input the measured rainfall. If the rainfall does not exceed the 62.5 inches, then the analyzer does nothing. Otherwise, wait for 30 minutes and a new value must be entered for the rainfall until it reaches a safe level You can name your program RainfallAnalyzer.java See sample output below
