For this weeks Discussion Board question each student should post their final Union proposal from their Week $7$ paper. Note: do not post your entire paper; simply copy and paste the Union's final offer to the Company.

Each student is then to respond to two other student posts in the role of the Management Chief Spokesperson. Your response should highlight one of the Union's proposals, with you making the Company position that the Union request is excessive, stating the reasons why.

To ensure all students receive feedback on their proposal, all posts to other students are limited to two students assessing another student's initial post. Additional dialogue, of course, will occur between these three students $($the student who posted the initial post and the two respondents$).$

For example $-$ if you have already posted your initial post, and now need to assess two other student's initial post you must select a fellow student post who has zero to one post from another student. If two students have already responded then you must select another student post to respond to$.$

And remember the requirements $-$ post your initial post by midnight Thursday evening and ensure you respond to two or more fellow student posts in a substantial way for full participation credit, as per the Announcement I posted yesterday in our class.
