Charlie is dismissed for refusing to comply with the policy. The bank now places an advertisement for a Christian female employee. Delta is offended by posters stuck on the wall of the office, which portray scantily clad women in sexually explicit poses. She asks her manager to remove the offending posters but no action is taken. The manager also laughs and asks her if she cannot "take a joke" and that the posters were "for employee morale." Her male work colleagues regularly sit and discuss the posters in the office. Their comments are not frequently directed at her, but she feels very uncomfortable.
