Article 14.02

An employee will be considered temporary for the first one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days and will have no seniority rights during that period. After one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days, his seniority shall date back to the day to the day on which his employment began.

Question:

Reduction of probationary period and that no seniority rights apply during that period.
