having four traffic lights, two for cars and two for pedestrians:

consider and develop in ladder: - red light remaining for 10 seconds - green light 10 seconds - Yellow light 3 seconds before turning to red - when the light is red in any of the traffic lights you can not change the light to green immediately - when the green light is 7 seconds to change to red, the green light of the pedestrian traffic light must blink - the pedestrian light must be out of phase with the vehicle's green light for 1.5 seconds
