Select a project that meets the following criteria:

You have application knowledge.

You will be able to gather information about resource requirements, work effort and duration estimates.

You are about to plan for, and that you have not started yet. It should not be a project that you are currently involved in at work.

Contains a minimum length of $3-$month work effort and at a maximum, a $2-$year work effort.

Human resources will not exceed $25$ stakeholders.

Meets the PMBOK definition of a project: "A temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result. The temporary nature of projects indicates that a project has a definite beginning and end."
