Select a project that meets the following criteria:

• You have application knowledge.
• You will be able to gather information about resource requirements, work effort and duration estimates.
• You are about to plan for, and that you have not started yet. It should not be a project that you are currently involved in at work.
• Contains a minimum length of 3-month work effort and at a maximum, a 2-year work effort.
• Human resources will not exceed 25 stakeholders.
• Meets the PMBOK definition of a project: "A temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result. The temporary nature of projects indicates that a project has a definite beginning and end."
