Last week introduced the Change Action Plan $($CAP$).$ This has given you the opportunity to think about what this means for you. Your CAP is due near the end of the term, but this is a checkpoint to make sure you$$ve selected a viable idea and are progressing towards a great presentation.

Post a brief description of a CAP, summarizing what it asks us to do and how one might be used in your life and current$/$future profession.

Identify the organization you have selected and the basic premise of the area targeted to "measurably" improve performance within the company.
