a. The right of freedom of speech has been guaranteed under the Federal Constitution in Malaysia. With the advancement of technology and during the pandemic, the incident of hate speech has risen, and many cases has been reported especially online hate speech committed in social media. In view of the above, critically analyze the role of artificial intelligence in detecting hate speech in social media and the advantages and disadvantages of such AI adoption for the law enforcement agencies. In answering the above question, please also suggest possible reform and best practices that could be adopted in maximizing the usage of AI in detecting hate speech via social media. (30 marks)
