• Think of your interview skills, how would you approach this?
• What considerations are there?

1. What methods could the group have used to penetrate (or attack) Robert's personal and professional computer networks?

• Think of the technical and non-technical methods that can be used for your scenario
• What would your recommendations be to the complainant concerning the cause, potential continuation, prevention and support for them?
• What technical risks do they have present via the Internet?
