Learning outcomes - Evaluate, identify and analyse cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities and threats - Analyse and evaluate cyber risks - Develop an understanding of the legal, professional and ethical issues relating to cyber security Specification Overview The aim of this assignment is to research a significant security incident, where human-aspects of cyber security were the predominant cause. You will work in a group 3-5 people to develop a podcast about the incident covering a range of aspects, detailed below. You will be assigned a group, see the 'Module Information' section on Blackboard for the full listings. The first task is to identify the incident you wish to cover, whether that is a data breach, hack, security failure or nation state activity. The key thing is that humans must be largely accountable for the incident. You should add your chosen incident next to your group on the Excel sheet shared on Blackboard (again under 'Module Information'). You must receive confirmation that the incident you have chosen is accepted by the module team before start work. This is to ensure every group does not cover the same thing! You need to have entered your incident into the spreadsheet by the end of Week 3(14th October 2022). Description In your groups you are required to produce a podcast of 12 -minutes covering your chosen incident. You are pitching your podcast to a general audience who may not have any knowledge of technology and cyber security, so one of the key challenges is to make the subject accessible and engaging The podcasts will then be made available to the whole class so that everyone can benefit from your research!
