Using one theory of leadership from your text that you think most closely applies, describe the leadership style of the owners and why you think that theory applies. (Note: you must name the theory of leadership that you are referring to and give examples of the owners behaviour indicating why you feel that this theory was applied).

Include examples of communication devices used by the owners with their staff such as email, texting, phone calls, meetings etc. How frequently were they used?

Describe any reward techniques that were used.

Was there any conflict within the owners or employees and if so describe the conflict resolution techniques used by the owners or others (again, identify these by name and explain how they were applied).

Analysis:

Did the owners use the most appropriate style of leadership? Why do you believe this to be the case? Would a different style have been more effective? What style would that have been and why would it have been more effective?

How well did the owners motivate, communicate and deal with conflict issues with the employees? What could they have done to have been more effective in these areas?

Were the team members interested in co-operating with the owners? What level of team cohesion was demonstrated by each of the employee teams i.e. gauchos, servers etc. (by name)? Please see your text for a definition of cohesiveness and apply it.
