While in line at Starbucks, Ms$.$ Gaga $($a client of Abbott, Abbott and Costello$)$ notices Max in line and asks for a quick update on the ongoing case regarding her son. Seeing that the coffee shop is relatively empty and knowing that having a quick convo now will save her time later in the day, provides a general update to Ms$.$ Gaga regarding the case. Ms$.$ Gaga thanked Max, paid for Max$$s coffee to show her gratitude for sparing a few minutes and then headed out the door, as she was on her way to a concert.

Max, is being headhunted by a competing firm in the area $($The Three Stooges$).$ After back$-$and$-$forth negotiations, she accepts a position$/$promotion and starts working for the firm, The Three Stooges. One of the first lawsuits that Max is delegated to work on with Attorney Moe, involves Delores Smith $($her friend Sam$$s Aunt Delores$)$ and a property dispute. Attorney Moe is struggling with the case because he can$$t seem to locate the lease paperwork for this property that is in dispute. Max, who is eager to help and show her worth$/$value in her new role goes through some past client documents she still had on her personal computer and produced the lease for Attorney Moe. Attorney Moe was so happy that he gave Max an incentive bonus for being such a big help.
