Lessons Learnt. $($Project: Afterburner Oxygen Improvement$)$

An ongoing reference document template to capture details of important lessons that have been learnt through the project lifecycle. Note that you can note project review activities here, and it should, at the least, be possible to already identify and record some lessons learnt from the planning phase, if not other phases as well. $($Max$.25$ lines$)$

Tip: You should log the lessons learnt $($positive and negative$)$ throughout the project.

It would be useful to include a template or column headings in a table that you would use to log lessons, positive and negative, as you progress through the project, including the learning, the category of learning $($budget$,$ schedule, etc.$),$ the phase in which the learning occurred $($initiation$,$ implementation, etc.$),$ the impact of the learning $($including whether it was positive or negative$),$ the means $($solution$)$ to ensure the issue didnt re$-$occur, who $($person or team$)$ is responsible for following up on the learning.When logging the lessons learnt, it is best practice to include the impact of the issues and the recommendations to address those issues.
