As a Product Supply Manager:

I need the ability to change the shipping method for a product SKU by week.

This is critical because if a Distribution Center is not able to meet the forecast demand, I might need to change the shipping method so that I can get the product more quickly from our factories and have enough in stock to meet account demand.

I also might want to override and use a slower shipping method to save money when we can plan far enough in advance.

I will know this is complete when I can override the default shipping method by selecting a new shipping method for an individual product SKU in an individual week and when I can see the change in shipping cost as a result.
