Does the population mean race time for a Female Slalom depend on the province? For sample data, use the race times for British Columbia, Quebec, and Nova Scotia for the Games between 2003 and 2015.

a) Perform at the 5% significance level the one-way ANOVA test to compare the population mean Female Slalom race times for each of the provinces assuming that all of the requirements are met. Should we reject or not reject the claim that there is no difference in population mean race times between provinces?

b) Construct side-by-side boxplots of Female Slalom race times for the three provinces. Compare the boxplots to identify which mean(s), if any, are different.

c) Provide a possible explanation for the difference you did or did not observe in mean race times between the provinces in part a).
