LIST and EXPLAIN 8 explicit performance standards/criteria/objectives with defining behaviours. [see: Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS)]. These are elements which should come directly from your Team Contract. You must be able to identify and explain explicit and specific measurable behaviours. These will be used to assess each other and your team.

You will evaluate each other and the group, on performance standards/criteria/objectivesperformance standards, during the semester [at least 2x], so these performance standards/criteria/objectives must be behaviourally defined and objectively measurable.

[for example: communicates well is too vague define what kind of communication [modes], how frequently, all other relevant parameters]
