What's in your toolbox for investing in your team to help them stay focused, feel supported and be productive? What are things you are doing now to adjust to the changing dynamics of our workforce (i.e. virtual or hybrid work environments) 5. What is one thing you would recommend I do to build my leadership skills as I build-my experience in my field? Your Agenda for the Interview: What do you want to Know About Leadership? This is the essence of your interview. Be prepared with several of your own questions (a sample list just to give you ideas is below. Feel free to create your own). Think about why you picked this person, what is it about where they are/what they do that you want to know more about? What attributes of leadership do they exemplify and what do you want to know about this aspect of their talents? Your summary will not be question and answer - outside of the 5 mandatory questions. Your summary will be just that, give us the focus and insights of the discussion.
