2-A conviction under the Criminal Code can only occur if the prosecution can prove the guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, which can often result in people who actually committed the crime being found not guilty. Do you think that the system should be changed to make it easier to convict accused persons? Please explain why you would agree or disagree with the potential change.
